I’m pleased to see that other people on the Internet are joining with me and rejecting the crappy standards support of IE6. Getting a website to look right in IE6 has been a pain in the bum for a long, long time and the sooner it dissapears from the face of the planet the better.

Sadly, as my workplace still insists on using it on every single computer in the building (except the newest Vista ones) I still have to make sure my tutorials support IE6. Booooo!

It’s just nice to see that others feel as I do.

If it was up to me, i would just make every one use Firefox, and ditch IE :-)

That would be a lovely world to live in… but alas… it isn’t. At least Microsoft are slowly becoming aware that people want standards that have been created by all the major players as opposed to just them. I’m hoping future Internet Explorers continue to move in the direction of standards compliance.
